Program Summary:

For the first time in US History, there are five generations within today’s workforce.  Join Linda as she explores the growing awareness of generational diversity that exists within the workplace.  The five generations may share common work tasks, but their values, approaches, and communication skills differ greatly.  This fast-paced and interactive program uncovers some of the most common and hidden generational differences and provides useful tips on how to create an environment that is empowering, engaging, productive, impactful, and compatible within today’s workforce shortage.  This program helps us build a strong legacy of healthcare leaders for tomorrow.
