See the below information to help finish registering for Otterbein’s 31st Dilgard Open Golf Tournament:

• Registration will need to be completed no later than September 13, 2024.
• Each team member will need to fill out the below information individually.
• Make sure that your team/organization name matches with what was placed on the preliminary registration purchase form.
• If a team member can no longer make it, please have their replacement fill out this form and email Fran Sack at Frances.Sack@Otterbein.org to let us know of the change.
