A Green House Project ÂŽ

Why Choose a Small House?

Developed in partnership with the Green House Project® , this revolutionary model creates a real-home environment where residents don’t just live — they thrive. You can feel the small house difference the moment you walk through the door. With a higher caregiver-to-elder ratio, residents are supported by consistent nursing partners (employees) around the clock, along with expert physical, speech, and occupational therapy services. Life at Otterbein New Albany doesn’t feel like other institutions — it feels like home.
