What’s Included in the Monthly Fee?

All suites include a kitchenette, a private bath, and individually controlled air temperature. In addition, living at Otterbein Franklin offers a wealth of enriching activities and special events.

If needed, there is an additional monthly charge based on the individualized service plan for each resident and an added fee for medication administration by the licensed nursing staff.

Licensed nurse 24 hours/7 days per week
24-hour call system
All utilities
Cable television
Three fresh chef-prepared meals per day (preparation of special diets)
Maintenance and repair services
Weekly housekeeping and laundry services
Activities and scheduled transportation
State-tested nursing assistants on duty 24 hours a day

Wesley Center’s private apartments are available in studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom floor plans. Residents can transition from independent living to assisted living services without moving to a different part of campus. Simply stay in your comfortable apartment and familiar surroundings, and we’ll bring the care to you!
