Each elder resides in one of five inviting small houses, featuring private suites, shared living spaces, and family-style meals. This nurturing environment ensures personalized attention and heartfelt support.

Our team of licensed nurses, nursing assistants (referred to as Elder Assistants), and therapists is here to support each individual, whether they’re staying with us long-term or visiting us for rehabilitation after an injury or illness. Here, everyone is part of the Otterbein family, where comfort and care go hand in hand.

Otterbein Maineville is located in Warren County in a quaint village near the Little Miami River. Only a 35-minute drive from Cincinnati, Ohio, Maineville is home to Camp Butterworth, a large campsite of meadows and forested hillsides.
Each private suite at Otterbein Maineville has a private bath with a walk-in shower, a fold-down bench, and multiple shower heads. There are also grab bars throughout, a height-adjustable mirror, and a secure medicine cabinet.
Residents, referred to here as elders, are encouraged to help with meal planning and preparation in partnership with the staff. Elders, staff, and visitors all dine together at one large table and enjoy family-style, home-cooked meals.
Therapeutic services, such as physical, respiratory, occupational, and speech therapy, are available in the den/therapy room located in each small house. The private space offers a more relaxing, comfortable, and quiet environment than you’d typically experience in a more institutional setting.
