Maineville SeniorLife Neighborhood
Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Maineville, OH
Otterbein Maineville residents, referred to as elders, live in one of five small houses in our small house neighborhood. Elders reside in private suites and enjoy family-style meals and shared living areas. Our small house model means our elders receive personalized attention for skilled nursing, rehabilitation, memory care, and long-term care.
The small house neighborhood inspires a welcoming environment for connection and life enjoyment. This person-centered care approach is a direct complement to the values you’ll discover in the surrounding Maineville community.

THE SMALL HOUSE DIFFERENCE
Maineville SeniorLife Neighborhood is a group of five homes on cul-de-sacs in an established residential area in Maineville, Ohio. Each home features 12 private rooms with private baths, a communal kitchen and living room, and a secure backyard patio. This isn’t just a place where our elders stay — it’s their home.
How do we do it? We give our elders the power of choice. When to get up, what and when to eat, how to spend the day — these are all choices our elders are free to make on their own, just like at home. There are no rigid schedules or strict mealtimes; instead, independence is key.
Elders at Otterbein Maineville have access to 24-hour care from a small team of licensed nurses, nursing assistants, and therapists. There’s also the emergency call system. Elders may be living here on a permanent basis, or temporarily for rehabilitation after an injury or illness. Either way, they’re treated as part of the Otterbein family.
