Care Choices at Otterbein Monclova
At Otterbein Monclova, elders have access to care from a team of licensed nurses, nursing assistants (referred to as Elder Assistants), and therapists. Whether they’re living here long-term or temporarily for rehab after an injury or illness, they’re considered part of the Otterbein family.

- Maximum of 12 elders/rehab guests in each small house
- Private suites with spacious bathrooms and walk-in showers
- All suites located near shared living areas

- Routine input from elders on menu choices and activities
