Residential Extended Care – Marigold House
The Marigold House, our residential extended care community, serves as a transition between our independent living coach homes and the nursing and rehabilitation care provided in our health center. Its home-like environment provides family-style living for up to five seniors who need companionship and assistance with daily tasks.
Marigold House residents enjoy the following key services to help them maintain and improve their independence:
- 24/7 care and companionship
- Private furnished suites and baths
- Bed linens and towels with full laundry services
- Four common areas

Our coach homes are some of our most popular options and come in a variety of two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Highlights include 12-foot cathedral ceilings, spacious enclosed sunrooms, attached garages with built-in storage, a full kitchen and major appliances, a gas fireplace, and a washer/dryer.
Homes are updated for each new resident with your choice of interior decoration, including paint, floor coverings, and appliances.
If I choose Otterbein Tipp City, will I have to invest a large entrance fee or turn over my home and assets?
No! Otterbein Tipp City provides an array of payment options, including a standard month-to-month service fee with no required upfront investment. In no situation does Otterbein Tipp City ask you to turn over any of your existing assets, including your current home.
Does Otterbein Tipp City offer memory care?
Yes, we offer a full continuum of care at Otterbein Tipp City, including independent living, residential extended care, skilled nursing, memory care, and post-acute/rehabilitation.
