Our post-acute and rehabilitation care services, available in all SeniorLife Neighborhoods and in SeniorLife Communities that offer life plan living (except Otterbein North Olmsted), are coordinated by an interdisciplinary team of nurses, physicians, and therapists. This collaborative approach ensures that you’ll receive the best possible care and outcomes.
