Our independent living homes are some of our most popular options and come in a variety of floor plans. Homes include all major appliances, a 24-hour emergency call system, an attached garage, access to campus activities and wellness activities at the Aquatic & Fitness Center, and more.
If I choose Otterbein Green Hills, will I have to invest a large entrance fee or turn over my home and assets?
No! Otterbein Green Hills provides an array of payment options, including a refundable life lease payment program or a standard month-to-month service fee with no required upfront investment. In no situation does Otterbein Green Hills ask you to turn over any of your existing assets, including your current home.
Does Otterbein Green Hills offer memory care?
Yes, we offer a full continuum of care at Otterbein Green Hills, including specialized memory care. The Emerald memory care neighborhood provides a safe, secure, and supportive environment for residents living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia.
Do you offer short-term rehabilitation and recovery care?
Yes, our residents receive priority access to our health center following a hospital stay where they require nursing and rehab care. Otterbein Green Hills provides individualized rehab and recovery care by a team of skilled nursing and rehab professionals, including physical, occupational, and speech therapists.
