On September 15, the 32nd Annual Dilgard Open was held to benefit the Otterbein Hospice “Every Moment Matters” Program, which delivers compassionate, person-centered care to individuals and families across 22 counties in Ohio. Event proceeds grossed more than $135,000 and welcomed approximately 180 golfers and over 40 volunteers to The Golf Club at Yankee Trace in Centerville, OH.
Since its founding in 1993, the Dilgard Open has raised more than $1.2 million in support of Otterbein programming and in recognition of Dr. Charles Dilgard’s 28 years of service to Otterbein Homes, in loving memory of Sarah Dilgard.

A highlight of this year’s tournament was the debut of the Otterbein Culinary Showcase, a collaboration between Otterbein’s Culinary Chefs and Gordon Food Service – a unique dining experience featuring thoughtfully crafted dishes prepared by Otterbein chefs and sponsors.
