Our housekeeping and laundry team maintains the cleanliness and freshness of resident homes, apartments, and suites, as well as all public areas — sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, washing, drying, ironing, sorting, and folding linens and clothing. They also keep walkways clear of hazards like spills and clutter to help prevent accidents.
Business Office: Working Behind the Scenes
Our business office is the administrative backbone of the community, working quietly behind the scenes so the rest of the team can focus on residents. The Business Office Manager oversees the administrative, financial, and clerical functions of the community — including billing, collections, accounts payable, payroll, accounting, and benefits administration.
Our HR team leads recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, background checks, performance management, and ongoing partner support. They also maintain accurate employee records to support payroll, compliance, and strategic decisions. Lastly, the administrative assistant provides essential organizational and operational support — greeting visitors, organizing meetings, composing documents, and assisting leadership with day-to-day tasks.
