Meet Nicole, Director of Marketing

Nicole Daniels, the director of marketing at Otterbein Cridersville, joined the team in July 2017. She began as the independent living counselor and moved into the director role in September 2020.
Nicole received her undergraduate degree in marketing education from Bowling Green State University and her MBA from Urbana University. She has a rich employment history with over 14 years of experience in marketing.
Nicole lives in Indian Lake with her husband, Jon. She enjoys spending time outdoors, boating, fishing, and singing on the Lighthouse of Indian Lake Worship Team.

Healthcare SeniorLife Counselor Amber Martin has over 14 years of experience working in the social service field serving the residents in the greater Lima region in Ohio.
Amber’s experience working with community providers and leaders ensures all parties involved in the move-in process are informed, heard, and supported.

Independent Living SeniorLife Counselor Camille Garbash has over 20 years of experience in public relations, marketing, and sales. With most of her career falling in senior living and healthcare industries, Camille knows the key to success is sincere, transparent, and caring relationships with others.
Originally a native of Van Wert, Ohio, Camille moved back to Lima in February 2020. Her son Jimmy, a Crestview Local School District student in Ashland, is very active in high school sports.
Camille enjoys traveling to Florida, running, reading, spending time outdoors, listening to music, and watching sports in her free time. But most of all, she enjoys making memories and spending time with her son.
Meet Desiree, Director of Life Enrichment

Desiree Barns, a former activity leader for independent living and long-term care residents, has recently started a new journey here at Otterbein Cridersville as the director of life enrichment.
Native to Wapakoneta, Desiree currently lives there with her husband Tony, son Dalton, two dogs, and two cats. She loves spending time with her family and pets, watching Ohio State football games, enjoying a good movie, being outside, and going on hikes
